From a young age it was clear that Chef Gemal was destined to be in the kitchen. Growing up in a Haitian household, food was very much a cultural love language for family gatherings. Gemal merges classic French training with a Latin, Asian and Caribbean flair to create spirited menus that bring people closer together.
